Models that go to the field
not just the review folder.

We produce LOD 350/400 MEP coordination, prefabrication detailing, and construction-phase BIM deliverables
that connect your office, shop, and field without translation loss.

The real cost of
poor BIM delivery
Most coordination failures aren't discovered in Navisworks. They're discovered on the ceiling of an active construction floor — after steel is up, sleeves are wrong, and the MEP rough-in date has already slipped.

LOD mismatch between design and field
Architects deliver LOD 200. MEP engineers deliver LOD 300. The contractor needs LOD 400 — and is expected to bridge that gap during construction, under schedule pressure, with limited BIM staff.

Coordination models that don't reflect how systems install
Models look clean in review. Then the duct runs don't clear the beam flanges, the hanger geometry wasn't accounted for, and prefab spools ship wrong. Field crews improvise. Rework follows.
How We're Different
We model to what gets installed not what gets approved.
Most BIM service providers optimize for deliverable submission. We optimize for construction execution. That means our models account for hanger clearances, prefab tolerances, installation sequence, and shop workflow — before the drawings leave our desk.
We've been doing this since 2007, across 6,000+ projects in data centers, hospitals, semiconductor fabs, airports, and government facilities.

Why BuildAECWise
"The difference between a BIM model and a construction model is constructability — knowing what can actually be fabricated, hung, and coordinated in the right sequence. That's the standard we hold ourselves to."

What this means for your project
Fewer RFIs in the field — issues resolved at coordination stage
Prefab spools and shop drawings that match actual shop constraints
Deliverables your field crew can use on day one, without interpretation
EST/PST coverage for U.S. teams — no 12-hour lag on coordination decisions

Services
We handle the full range of BIM production work, from early design-phase modeling to fabrication-level detailing and FM handover.

How we work
Three stages. No handoff gaps.
We run a tight intake process so we’re modeling to your actual field conditions, not a generalized interpretation of your drawings.
Intake
Scope alignment before we model anything
We collect drawings, specs, existing models, field inputs, and shop standards. We align on LOD requirements, coordination milestones, deliverable formats, and your specific database if you’re using Fabrication Parts. Nothing gets modeled until the scope is locked.
Model & Coordinate
Production with constructability built in
We build or upgrade discipline models, run coordination with other trades, and track issues with clear ownership and priority levels. Constructability is reviewed throughout — not added as a last step. You see progress in live model reviews, not PDF summaries.
Deliver & Support
Outputs that work without a translation layer
We publish coordinated installation drawings, shop drawings, spool drawings, layout points, and model files in your required format. We support coordination meetings through construction and back-check revisions until final closeout — not just until the first deliverable is accepted.
READY TO START
Tell us your scope. We'll tell you how we'd execute it.
Share your disciplines, LOD requirements, schedule, and delivery method.
We'll respond with an execution plan — not a proposal template.
